You can call this exercise "On The Go" as you can take your medium Exercise Resistance Band, that we sourced from Serious Steel Fitness, and use it at your home or office and even in the gym. We have come up with some exercises that will help tone the body and build muscle.
This band gives you a resistance between 25 - 85 pounds and can be used for general conditioning, rehabilitation, stretching, jumping, speed training, aerobics and can also be used for lifters as assistance for the upper body. Helps increase the resistance for biceps, triceps, back and chest. Can be used to safely increase the intensity of a workout without additing additional weights to a bar.
